I went through the C101 pigtail and found where every pin goes. The harness I use for tracing was out of a 2003 GMC Sonoma SLS 4.3l. PCM/P59 blue/green plugs. This PCM can be used for drive by cable or drive by wire swaps just needs to be reflashed. I matched up all pins and cross reference them with the wiring diagram from LT1 some of the pins in his pinout say not used but I think when he did the pinout he wasn't thinking about the A/C controls or Cruise control. But some of us will use them. hope this helps.

Pin 10 green plug. engine speed signal.
Pin 17 green plug. AC high pressure signal input.
Pin 33 Blue plug. TCC brake switch / cruise control release switch signal.
Pin 49 green plug. vehicle speed signal.
Pin 75 blue plug. off / run/crank voltage.
Pin 50 green plug. Vehicle speed signal.
Pin 35 blue plug. CPP switch signal (M/T).
Pin 13 green plug. Cruise control engagement signal.
Pin 59 blue plug. Class 2 serial data.

The transmission range switch is the same on both 4L60E and 4L80E transmissions.
When the time comes to go 4L80E:
If you open these in a new tab they get bigger.
The 4L80E doesn't have the 3-2 downshift solenoid.
IDK what my note about the "not installed yet" was all about. Been over a year ago.

I found the male plug that will plug into the factory cruise control female plug on the firewall if you do not want to cut your harness.
GM drive by wire TAC module cruise control wiring.

This male automotive connector will plug in to your factory cruise control connector.
