2. All members must agree to abide by the by-laws set forth herein.

3. Members must be willing to participate in meetings and shows deemed to be club events.

4. All members must be willing to display the club logo on their vehicle.

The following by-laws shall be considered as un-amendable and absolute.

1. There shall be no less than two members. Should the official club roster fall below two members in good standing, the club shall be considered disbanded.

2. Members must attend all meetings we have and at least one show per year deemed to be a club event to be considered in good standing.

3. Any requests for new chapters must be made to the club founders. Only the club founders can approve requests for the forming of a new chapter by a majority vote. New chapters must conform to the By-Laws set forth by the main chapter of Vertical Limit including any changes. Each chapter will have a President who oversees club meetings and helps organize the chapter. This person will be selected by the club founders after considering all comments made by new chapter prospects. The founding chapter president will reside over all other chapters.

4. At no time will any member intentionally do any damage to a fellow or former club member’s property.

5. Perspective members must attend 3 concurrent meetings to be eligible for membership. Perspective members can then be voted on by the chapter at the next club meeting. New members must have logo on their ride before next meeting.

6. Members may be suspended for the following:

-Missing three (3) functions.
-Bad attitude.
-Majority vote by chapter

7. If more than five (5) functions are missed or no contact with another club member for 90 days w/o notification or approval by the club, the individual will be assumed to have quit.

8. Former members who left in good standing will be allowed to join after discussion with the club and a majority vote by chapter.

9. At any time your vehicle doesn’t meet requirements set forth or not met in a given amount of time your membership status can/will be bumped down to prospect. If bumped to prospect status you will be asked to remove the Vertical Limit logo and only a prospect logo will be allowed.

1. Meetings are monthly to discuss news and progress of the chapter. Meetings shall be set up by the president of each chapter. If you have an issue that requires a meeting it is your responsibilities to let the president know. Everyone will know in advance a specified day, time and place.

2. Meetings will begin with the review of any plans for an upcoming show. Then there will be discussion of any new club business or news. Each meeting will close with a vote on any club related matters including the entry of new members.

3. Perspective members will not be allowed to be present during any voting on club business.

4. At no time shall there ever be dues levied on any member of any chapter of Vertical Limit. Any and all club expenses will be voted on and paid equally by all members. Any other attempts to collect dues from any members should be met with contempt and reported to the founders.

The Vertical Limit logo, in any form, remains the property of Vertical Limit and its founders. Any Vertical Limit logo affixed to a resigning or removed member’s vehicle must be removed immediately upon resignation or removal. The club logo will be designed to allow for individual color choices of members but the lettering must remain silver and the logo must not be altered in style by anyone. Club logos are subject to the approval of the club council and will be purchased from a shop chosen by the club. Perspective members will be allowed to run a small logo on their vehicles while petitioning for membership.
