I was wondering how hard it would be to put blazer buckets in my s-10 right now I have dodge neon seats but I want to put blazer bucjets in it so I can adjust them to install a system. keep in mind I plan on using seats from a 1st gen
Its a piece of cake-especially if you still have the original studs from the bench-I am assuming you had a bench originally?
At any rate, the most you will have to do is position the seats where you want them, mark where the holes need to go, and drill. Be sure to use some type of reinforcement plate to keep your bolts from pulling through the floor in the event of an accident.
The easiest way is to grab the seat tracks from a Blazer, bolt them to your seats, set them in the cab and mark the inside holes, drill, add the bolts and you’re done.
i also have blazer seats in my dime.. my dad had the blazer seat mounts, the ones that are welded to the floor in the middle welded into mine... looks stock n u dont have to bust ur ass with the nuts n bolts.
I too would like to get blazer bucket seats. For those of you with regular cabs, any clearance issues with the back of the cab? I'm a tall guy and can't loose any leg space. They fit in pretty comfortably right? Don't want to get nice seats just to cramp my ride.
