needed a paint job cuz in places it was fading
but looked in X-Cellent shape for a 1st Gen .!

other wise it looked st o c k .!

At First i really thought it was a SonomaGT....but once i
got closer i could see it was a S10 and it had the
Full Body Cladding and a roll pan.............!
On the doors and the tailgate it said
Cameo and also on the tailgate
it had a sticker that said 4.3 V6 witha Red Bowtie aswell.!
It was a 89 or 90 cuz it had the square fog lamps
91 Cameo's had round fog lamps.!

frick...there are 2 cameos on maui and 1 GT that i know of. the GT is nearly mint and the 2 cameos are trash.

Its missing the Front airDamn but it has all the side cladding and graphics Intact.! its seems in good condition.!

I am beginning to question the validity of the number of cameo's built. I live in central Iowa and know of 3full cameo's locally as well as 1 cameo el. I have a hard time believing that we are that much of a hot bed for cameo's. My cameo is a "J" vin code correct auto-fab decal, ZQ8 rpo code etc. All the info I see says first year was 89. Does model year and vin year necessarily match up?

turns out my friend just bought as white 89 4.3 cameo. has all the cladding just needs a little body work (we are doing all required work as of now) might be getting a v8 soon...im trying to sway him to a LT1 instead of carb.

Wow, I know this thread is acient as **** but I just searched s10 cameo to see what it was after I found a tailgate at my work with a "S10 Cameo EL" decal on it. The trucks look kinda cool. I also found a bumper near it.
