Was wondering if anyone from around the Pierce County, WA area has seen a black and green s10 that's lowered with it looks to be an Extreme body kit. Aftermarket hood scoop and chrome rims. It's got the black as a base color and then two green lines going down the car like old mustang lines. I saw him today, and I saw him a few days ago as well, and finally caught a glimpse of the window vinyl and it was a big green "SUNSET" in almost graffiti text.

Anyone know who this is?
