does anybody know if the Z06 rimz from the corvette fit onto the xtreme???
Put simply, NO. There are others on here who could give you a more ecaxt reason. Unless you do axle and rear end swaps, I dont think its possible. Do search, its been talked about before.

I've seen Vette rims on S10s, (haven't seen the news one though) but they might have used the fronts all around with adapters:confused:

that truck has a different drive train, it is four wheel drive. so it can run those wheels with smal, if any, spacers. to be put on a 2wd, i think you would have to run the 17x9.5 fronts all the way arround with a 2.5 inch spacer up front and a (if it is made) 3 inch spacer out back. ask 98 SS ON NOS, he is good with suspension and wheel knowlege. he can probably help you out. i would like to know myself cause i would like to run a similar setup on my 98.

They would fit with huge adapter.
Here is why-
Rim Name Size Offset Backspacing
Corvette 84-87 16x9.5 38mm 6.6"
Corvette 88-96 17x9.5 56mm 7.3"
Corvette GS ZR1 style 17x9.5 50mm 7.07"
Corvette GS ZR1 style 17x11 36mm 7.25"
C5 Corvette 97-2000 17x8.5 front 56mm 6.8"
C5 Corvette 97-2000 18x9.5 rear 63mm 7.6"
C5 Corvette Z06 17x9.5 front 54mm 7.2"
C5 Corvette Z06 18x10.5 rear 58mm 7.9"
Camaro 82-92 16x8 front 0mm 4.35"
Camaro 89-92 16x8 rear 16mm 5"
Camaro F1 ZR1-style 17x9 50mm 6.8"
Camaro 93-97 16x8 55mm 6.5"
ROH ZS 17x9.5 5 mm 5.472"
ROH ZS 17x8.5 -7mm 4.5"

I have 01 C-5 rims on my 1992. I used 2.25" Adapters. I run the 245 45 17s up front and 275 45 18's out back. My c5s sit even with the body line, actually 1/2" inside the actual body. With z06's I belive the wheels will sit outside the body, require massive adapters , and may just plain out not fit. The tightest thing to clear is the front spindle and tie rod arm.
With the big azz adapters you would need, you may not be able to turn much at all.
Amazingly I still say go for it

YES and NO

There is a company that makes replica Z06 rims that are the correct size and offset for our trucks. Sorry I don't know the name or price, but from what I've seen they are good quality and look almost identical.

but you can get z06 rims that are the same dimensions as the c5s that you have. I say go for the z06 rims.
