Just curious as to what songs people like to play in their trucks that puts their componets to the test. I mean, I like the songs that test out the tweeters, mids and woofers. U know, the song that you play when hanging out with friends to put your system to the test. I got two that i use to play in my old s-10 with my subs and 2 ways up front.
Are you ready for this- jock jams (bring it on soundtrack also)
Evanescence-bring me to life (not enough bass though).

I like the songs that start up at your tweeters, and then fades back into the woofers. sounds cool. But whats others favorites?

just stuff on the radio
Yuck.... sq, high end treble, and lower bass has to be cut from music to carry through radio waves. i wouldnt test with that.

There are some off topic threads about this questions. in fact, there are alot of good songs mentioned worth checking out. I use metal to test systems for sq. why? Because its hard to accuratly recreate guitar sound, the drums, singing, bass guitar, electronics etc.... i use slipknot, mudvayne, rammstien, coal chamber...
