Welp, removed my bed to wax it between the cab and bed, clean up my frame rails, do some corrosion control for my fuel sender and weigh it to see how much it weighs. The following is a little "fun" just for laughs: http://homepage.mac.com/syclone2932/launch.mpg

The bed weighed 198 pounds, tailgate 32.5 pounds and the rollpan was 15.5 pounds. Total weight reduction was 246 pounds, this would net a .2XX a second faster et at the track...

My best time last year is in my signature, a shameful 13.7 @ 100 MPH. Hope to break the 12 second barrier this year if my tranny holds together...

If ya wanna get a syclone, just keep your eyes open. There is always one for sale on ebay or autotrader. Being that there was only 2998 of them made, you won't see one at every resale lot in town.

Owning a Macintosh has it's perks. Especially when they give you 20 Megs to use as you please for free!

Pulling the bed is pretty easy when you have access to a towmotor :D !
