I got some time to get this replacement bed cleaned up. Well started at least. Got some work to do in the wells but overall not to bad with the POR. Any suggestions on the well rot?

Looks great, I wish I could have warned you though, POR-15 expands when it cures. I ended up having a little "pucker" at every spot weld on the cross rails where the paint tried to force the bed floor and the cross rails apart as it cured.

While you have the bed off, I recommend pulling the tail lights off and going over the tops off the wheel wells with a wire brush on a broom handle, then fogging the inside with rubber under coating.

I fixed some rot in the upper inner wheel wells with mesh and epoxy, lots of sanding, and stripping. Turned out pretty good, all things considered.
Pulled the old bed, needled the crap out of the frame, prepped and did the por-15 on it. Need to get it up on a lift to finish up. Lots to do.

Finished up by getting started stripping out the old bed liner on the replacement bed.
