With alien technology translator: it sounds as if you tightened the pinion nut way too thight and fully crushed the crush sleeve killing whatever backlash you had. If you keep driving this way it will eat the ring and pinion gear. At the very least trash the pinion bearing.

If you took the gears out of another rearend and put them in yours without any kind of measurements, pattern check, etc., their lifespan will probably be measured in minutes. It sounds like you would be much better off to get another rear axle assembly from a junkyard and swap the whole thing.

It's been running now manually about a month or so . So I need to back the driveshaft nut off alittle . I get vibration at about 60 or when I let up on the excellerator. But have had it to 80 on exway .sorry I have a dodge ram that has all my time . It's got me puzzled . But that's a different forum.

There seems to be a whole lot of detailed information missing from the description of 'the swap', which hinders a reasonable analysis/ diagnosis of your issue(s). What was the donor vehicle that you got the differential from, and are you absolutely positive that the guts were identical? The description of
"guts of a s10 that was a basic small and simple compared to mine"
makes me wonder. Were the axle codes the same in both trucks? Did you check any tolerances, torque specs, wear patterns, shims, etc.? Were you using any sort of service manual to reference when reassembling the rear end? If everything isn't totally correct, the differential can eat itself alive in relatively short order. BTW, you were most likely letting off of the accelerator pedal.

Could it need motor mounts? I've ordered some so maybe that'll fix this I will give results when I've replaced them(motor mount) runs great other then manually shifting . I'm also thinking coil packs.

Let me see if I have this straight. You had a driveshaft failure that caused internal damage to the differential. You repaired it with used parts. Now the trans only shifts manually. Is this correct?

The shackles in back rotted off so the rear binded up to cause the rear end damage . I bolted a metal plate both shackles temp. Now I manually shift so now I'm at the motor mounts . Doesn't that sound bout right?? It'll straighten it all back in line.

A driveline alignment issue will not cause your transmission shift problem. You need to read transmission codes and report back with your findings.
