Anybody had any problems with my shipping ?

I had a shipping problem with one guy on here for some head lights last month. Also a miss comunication. As far as i know thats the first time. I ship through my friends buisness ups acount for complete tracking in his computer.he messed up didnt pay his monthly bill and the box got held for 2 weeks.let everybody know if i have ever done anybody wrong.
