Ok as we all know they get hot!,

why not use motor coolent and stock rad and water pump to help you out?

well here it goes,

inside york head


see the large open areas on each side of the cylender walls
what a great place to cool the pistons.

to start just drill and tap the two ports on the back,

then do the same on the front for 1/2" NPT.

now on the front just install a 'U' hose to connect both ports. in the back just runn the lines to your stock cooling system.


ok now you ask how do you keep it from mixing with the air?

the plate has holes to alow air into the expantion chambers. (not needed as a air compressor)
so make up a 1/8" plate of aluminum drill 2 2" holes for the pistons and bolts that all just install it between the head and the valve plate,


this will seporate the coolent and air.

and bingo a watter cooled york ;)

now this may not work lol I have not tested it yet.

anyone remember what size drill it is for 1/2" NPT tap? lol.. i should know this by now

with all the time I have here I could detail the frame with a tooth pic lol.

Who am i to talk, i sit by the window and hit my remote bags when people walk by to scare the crap out of them.. heheh.. pretty good stuff!

Well my EDC is out of the truck now I will have to get started on this.
