They will stick out quite a bit 🤏
I would source a different wheel with the appropriate backspacing for a 4x4

I appreciate your input! These are getting difficult to find it seems and as a result a set is pretty expensive so definitely don't want to shell out if they won't work! They will stick out quite a bit 🤏
My truck's a LS trim, no special packages like ZR2 so no I don't believe it has the ZR2 flares. It's an extended cab, regular-sized bed, but no optional packages I'm aware of.Do you have zr2 flares? Those may may a difference a bit
ZR2 flares are not a simple bolt on application. Might look at some Bushwackers if they're still available. Not my truck, sorry if my post was misleading.
I think if you located a pair of zr2 flares your s10 would take on a whole different look with the zq8 wheels
This is a picture of my truck and the flares on it, they actually do look somewhat similar to those ZR2 flares in the picture above and I have no idea if they are stock or not, I bought the truck used last May and it's been my daily driver but will soon become a project. I know it's not a full shot but may give you some insight for what I'm working with. Not my truck, sorry if my post was misleading.

Thanks so much for sharing, I'll look into Bushwackers and get some more knowledge about those!ZR2 flares are not a simple bolt on application. Might look at some Bushwackers if they're still available.
Thanks for the warm welcome! I am definitely looking to keep the truck stock on the outside for the most part. I'll definitely look into OEM wheels matching those measurements to see if I can find some I really like.Welcome to the forum. If you're looking to keep things looking stock, then I'd look for the OEM sized wheels. For the 4WD, the factory ones were 15x7, with a 5-4.75"(120.65mm) pattern, and a 50mm offset. You might check Craigslist, as individuals are always parting out their trucks, and you may find a good set for a good price.
There are also companies that refurbish factory wheels and you might want to check them out, if for nothing else than some 'window shopping'. You might looks at https://www.detroitwheelandtire.com, Midwest Wheel & Tire for OEM Wheels - Factory Rims Wheels, or Hubcaps Hubcap Wheelcovers Hub Caps Rims Wheels. There are others as well but if you are browsing, make sure to verify the wheel is for 4WD.Thanks for the warm welcome! I appreciate the resources! I've checked out Detroit Wheel & Tire a couple of times and glad to see a recommendation of them. Wasn't sure if they were legitimate. There are also companies that refurbish factory wheels and you might want to check them out, if for nothing else than some 'window shopping'. Just so you know, those listings are not recommendations as I haven't had any direct experience with them, but they do seem to all be reputable outfits. Maybe other members can share any contacts they may have had with wheel suppliers.I appreciate the resources! Appreciate that. I'm sure I'll end up finding a set on Marketplace or something.Just so you know, those listings are not recommendations as I haven't had any direct experience with them, but they do seem to all be reputable outfits. I'll look into those if I decide to go this route, they look nice!![]()
Bushwacker 94-03 Chevy S10 Extend-A-Fender Style Flares - 41024-11
You've equipped your Chevrolet S10 or GMC Sonoma with oversize wheels and tires for serious off-road traction and style. Now you need extra tire coverage to protect your rigs body and maybe even comply with local laws. Bushwacker Extend-A-Fender(R) Flares deliver premium-grade protection and...throtl.com
Wow! Those look tough. Thanks so much for sharing. What you need are a set of ZR5 wheels. They are both stock fit for a 4wd and good looking. And you won't have to buy all new 16" tires that the ZQ8 wheels require and fender flares. The total cost for the ZQ8's with tires and flares will be a lot more $.
The ZR5's just need you to slap your tires on em. Be sure they include center caps with either style wheels. Those can be very expensive separately for either style.

Oh yeah, those look mean on this truck. I think this will be the route I go for minimal maintenance and best fit.I got a set of the ZR5's last fall after stumbling across them on CL, and found the (GM) center caps on eBay, along with a set of locking lug nuts. The wheels needed a bit of cleanup and I repainted the back sides, and clear coated the front & back sides. All-in for the wheels, (new) center caps,(new) lug nuts, paint and other supplemental supplies totaled less than $400. The part number for the wheels (w/ charcoal accent color) is 15169580; they also came in an all silver finish (part #15169579). Below is a reference photo of them on my Sonoma.
