I got $ and time to start tweed finally, for any of you with 1st gen s10 or blazer, what would be the first interior piece to tweed since i am new at this, one that would be easy to start with so i can work my way up to the hard parts. Thanks.

you'll want to start with something simple first, that doesn't bend at all or only bends at one point. Headliner or the front pillars are good, but always leave yourself more than you'll need so you can trim after. The next part you should try is the kickpanel right in front of the bottom of your doors. Its curve is more complex and you'll learn how to work the tweed better

if this is your first experience ever with it... id even do like the ashtray first... its small and simple

Yup...first ever experience like this, ive covered a few things in carpet...and damn i mess up so bad on corners and shit lol...I will do maybe the ashtray, then the pillars, or maybe glove compartment door. Thanks for the help, but keep it coming with the tips!!
