Hey Guys, First post here.
Just bought my wife a 2001 Black S-10 4x4 Ext. Cab.
So, of course I'll be having all the stupid newbie questions for everyone .
Since its my wifes truck, I wont be doing too much to it, mostly cosmetic.
I'd like to do a CAI and exhaust for starters.
Any good recomendations ?
I drive a 2000 Grand Prix GTP that I sink all my serious mod money into

Welcome aboard! Just remember no question is a stupid question. I used to think that and would wait for others to ask the questions. Guess what they never got asked. So I just got the cahones and started asking and because I did so other people were helped that were to afraid to ask for fear of looking ignorant.
Ohh BTW nice choice in rides. I want one of them GP GTP's.

Sorry I can not help you in the induction questions. As far as the exhaust it would depend if you want loud performance or livable performance. Personally I would go with 60 series Flowmasters and a 2.5 inch exhaust.

Thanks for the Welcome Aboard and the compliments on the Rides.
Its the wifes truck, so I dont think she'll appreciate an earth shattering exhaust note
I was thinking about the SLP exhaust.... maybe
Does Borla make an exhaust for these trucks ?
I've got a Borla and a Random Technologies High Flow Cat on the GTP and really like it.
And I'll be asking plenty of questions too

Yeah, I went to Borla's site and noticed that its only listed as working for the ZR2.
Does anyone know if it'll work with a 2001 S-10 4x4 Ext. Cab. ?
