A place to bag my truck?

Ok, I have posted this in a few forums and have gotten a little help but someone told me to try here. Is there a reputable place in southern IL, 5 or so hours from, or within a couple states of southern Illinois that could bag my truck. I am in a wheelchair and can't do all the work myself. Any help would be good help.

I know air ride but I have too have 3 bids from differnt places to see if the state will help me.
