My 1997 2.2 5 speed s10 isn’t getting any electrical power at all and I was wondering what I have to do to diagnose what’s wrong with it

Own a multimeter?

if so check the battery... any power there?

If so, move to the fuse box, check to see of power made it there... and so on and so on till you find the issue. Most likely a bad connection at the battery if there is no power everywhere.
