The only thing that I think is different is the stud size or different type of studs for the rocker arms, seeing as 96-99 roller rockers are $99 from slp and 00-up are $299.
I can't remember when the EGR system went internal, but it is something to consider. I think it was 02. It probably doesn't make a difference on fitment.
