I did end up with a 2002 s10 for about half of what I got out of the 95, (although the 95 was MUCH nicer) so I made up some there.
After such a long time, it was like found money.
My atty was okay, the ins co atty was a dick.
Glad to hear you finally got some money! It sucks that attorneys cost so much but sometimes its better to spend the money on one or be left out to dry by the "at fault" ins co cause you know they will have attorneys involved.
My wife also finally settled her case she ended up with her car repaired all medical paid and about $10k in the bank
I'd still give it all back before I'd sit through 1 more minute of my wife laying in a hospital bed while 3 different docs try to find my unborn sons heartbeat tho that's for sure!!

If I would have had access to a "never happened" button, I would have been pushing that thing till it broke.
