That appears to be the right one. I guess you'll know soon enough, lol.
Lol right. Summit said they had 1 left. Then got an email saying its shipping from crowns warehouse...smh. i already have my return label ready for when the other part gets here.

Literally waiting on the yoke to finish the front. I set the caster to right at 5.80°-6° just need to make sure the angles are right on the driveshaft before i weld the pearches. I ordered the same shocks for the rear today as the fronts and the same tabs. Need an extended rear brake line and 2.5"-3" lift blocks to level it and todo the sye so i can measure for the rear driveshaft and maybe find a double cardan from a stock truck/suv that will work if not im ordering one from a reputable driveshaft shop. So close. And ill also figure out if i fixed the 4l60e if not im going to 5 speed swap it. The transmission is rebuilt. Just been fighting wiring issues.

Not much for updates, shipping times are insane right now. Just installed a posilok for the dana 30 front figured its a must have with the locker in there. Got my extended rear brake line for a jeep yj went to the parts store and found the adapter. Rear shocks are in and tabs welded to the axle. 231 yoke gets here the 15th then ill set caster and weld front perches and mount the limit straps then ill be done with the front. Waiting on lift blocks for the rear and then i can set the pinion angle and measure for the rear driveshaft after i install the SYE. Then it should just be fluids and run it.

Just pulled the transfer case and gave her the ol Craigslist rebuild with the pressure washer, i bought a new dailydriver so i have a appointmentat the tax collector at 2:15pm then ill come back and tear down the case and get this SYE in. I dont know why but my 233c has the fixed front yoke and not a slip. So the j231 yoke bolts right on. Win. I think this Transfer case being a 93 is wide chain. About to find out tonight
Also grabbed a shot of the rear suspension. Waiting on Ubolts from ruffstuff. Got my spacers ready to go too. Soon as the Ubolts get here im throwing in the lift blocks and measuring for the rear driveshaft. Super close now.

So freaking heated right now yall. Finally got the time to go out there and do the SYE. I get the conversion done. Goto put the nut on the yoke and spun it a few threads by hand then hit it with my impact lightly. Forgot the rtv for the splines so i backed it off and the threads on the shaft and nut are stripped. Smh of course its Friday and JB is closed. They better warranty this thing out. That nuts supposed to be torqued to 200ftlbs and i didn't even put 100ftlbs on it before it was stripped.

Well, that sucks. Normally I would say maybe you can clean up the threads on the shaft and use a new nut. But it looks way too far gone for that, and it's brand new, so it needs to be replaced. John at JB is a stand-up guy. I'm sure he'll take care of you.

So everyone knows. JB did send a new shaft and nut and i got it all together tonight. Transfer case is stuffed back in it but when i went to torque my transmission mount back down it fell in two. So the rubber is split and its only a year old mount. Going to pickup another mount tomorrow and ill get some pictures posted up.

Just ordered my tom woods rear driveshaft. 1310 cv to 31R 48"L 3"Dia should be here next week. Just torqued everything to spec on the steering, leafs, axle. Hooked up the front brake lines. Need to get fluids... dot4, transmission and transfer case, power steering, differential f+r. Need to button up rear hard brake lines or make new. Going to weld in the rear pearches when the new driveshaft arrives and set pinion angle.

Still not sure if the transmission is going to shift now, if not ill be manual swapping the 4l60e for a nv3500. I know the computer gets its information to shift via the TPS and speed sensor. The shielding on the wires right at the tps connector is bare and the wires touch. I bought a new connector i need to soldier in. Maybe that will fix my intermediate shifting issues.

All in all im happy with the build. Wish i had a better welder but she should hold. I have the money for the 35" tires aside. Just need to save a few more bones for some wider steel wheels.

the last piece of the puzzle. I just got home from work. If i had all the fluids i would go put it in and give her a rip. To beat tonight, it'll have to wait until this weekend. So pumped up at the same time.

Installed the driveshaft, set pinion angle the best I can. Welded in the rear pearches. Ripped it around the field. Everything works but I do need to adjust the posilok cable. After I disengaged 4wd there was some binding. I'll adjust that tomorrow morning and maybe take it down to some trails if I can get the 4wd ypipe to fit. If not ill have to order the 2wd ypipe before I can really go on a ride. Super happy with how it performed in the field. Does seem like the suspension is a little soft up front. I may still add a full leaf up front or run dual shocks. But is definitely fun to drive. Ordering the 35s and new wheels in the next few weeks.
