Body lift it. Or if you are concerned about raising the COG trim the fenders. It'll be happier off road that way. Less inclined to roll over on a side hill.
So basically just sawsaul we’re it rubs or cut the the whole fender and kind of reshape it? And as for body lift are there any good sites to order kits off or is that something I can do with out additional parts sorry I’m new to the body vs suspension lift components and what not. Haven’t been able to find lifts for this exact model and. Not familiar with either lol. I appreciate the response 👌🏻

Suspension lifts beat up your components. Frequent CV and ball joint repair because of the increase stress caused by sharper angles. Do a Google for S10 body lift kits. Good ones will include everything like bumper brackets so the bumpers don't look like they're under the body. If yours is a column automatic you might need to extend the shift rod.
Since you are just lifting the body it won't effect the COG as much, but that stuff has some weight. I guess trimming the fenders if based on if you are seriously going off road in which case the body is going to get some dings anyway. Or if you're going for the "off road look" in which case pretty matters. In other words:
Do you shower with a bar of Ivory or Zest soap or do you use designer scented moisturizing men's body wash because men want soft skin, too. I see that as meaning I'll bleed more in the shop.

The only complete suspension lift kit is the 2.5” from Rough Country. It comes with new upper control arms and ball joints, and drop brackets for your differential so your cv angles aren’t thrown out of whack. I’ve had zero problems, but for a beater pickup that you’re not worried about, body lifts are cheap. With the 2.5” I still had some trouble with aggressive tread 31” tires, so for 33 that’s not enough.

Ya ditch the spacers and get something with a stock back spacing. Even with the bars cranked mine rub with 31's when turning. Well, not any more but just on the one bolt. Get a pricy lift or a body lift and trim or just live with that zzzz zzzzz ever time you turn into a parking lot. I'll go grab a pic. But on yours I would say its undriveable right now. Those babies are gonna swing in a hit everything.
