It's on the back of the TBI held with 2 bolts. A flex socket will work. Don't mess up your fuel lines.
Spay a good amount of carb cleanner into the top exhust port on the tbi. Let it sit for a while. Then start the engine for about ~15 seconds to blow all thet carbon out. Some recommend using pipe cleanners in that port to break it up.
Don't use carb cleanner on the vac diafram or you will kill it.
I usually use a garden hose on the ERG and boot.
Make sure that the lower port (intake) is also clean.

Repeat as needed.
