I stood there with the Advance Auto guy checking 9003 and H4 bulbs.
They LOOK identical. The specs are identical. Even all the little numbers printed on the metal (lot #'s, etc. were identical.
Soooo... why is an H4 $3 more than a 9003?
IS there a difference somewhere that we didn't see?
