I apologize it has taken me a bit to reply. Most of you were right in that it was the fuel pump, which when replaced, she fired up. As of yesterday, I was able to get 5 new tires mounted and it is now road worthy, though not up to my standards just yet. Many parts have already been replaced and more are on order. I'm still fighting the windows currently as even though I replaced the clips on both doors, both are snagging along the way while going up and down. I'll take them back out and sand the clips to remove any edges. Hopefully that will remedy the windows. I still have an issue where the dash lights will dim and for some reason. It also hates LED lights as the LED dome light flickers while running but not while engine is off. I also installed some non-sealed beam headlights from Rampage and when I attemped to install H4 LED light bulbs, they also flicker. I had the alternator tested today at Advance Auto and they indicated it was fine. Next up on the project list will be to focus on the cosmetics. All the glass is heavily etched and the paint isn't very presentable at the moment. I am having some fun getting this thing running and into much better shape!

Sounds like you got a grounding issue somewhere, man. I run those retrofit housings with the h4 bulbs, and have no issues. They really work well! I'd look at the motor ground strap and make sure it is there and in good condition. Sometimes the battery cables can be really corroded on the inside too, and yet look fine. That will cause resistance in the circuit, and you'll see weirdness like that with lights even though the truck seems to start fine. On an old rig like this, it's always good to replace them anyway. Take them out of the equation.

Also look at the dash grounds. These are often loose. Basically, if you laid your head in the floorboard, and was looking straight up, on each end of the dash there is a bolt there. Mirrored on the other side. Make sure those are tight, and nothing hanging loose. Those have been the usual suspects for me.

Pretty solid looking old truck. Bet you can hit that paint with some cutter and a buffer and bring it right back around too. Not bad now, but she could use a little help. I think you'd be surprised.

If it's been sitting that long, put in a fuel pump. You can't test a pump by eyeballing it.
You can "borrow" a fuel pressure tester from most auto parts stores. Be sure you get one that has the TBI adapter to hook between the line and TB.
Have you looked down the throttle body when cranking to see if it's spraying a nice cone pattern from each injector?
Likely also need tank or cleaned if still viable.
