I'm looking a buying a 93 with "V6 probably a 4.3 and an automatic"

That transmission is bad.
Which transmission will it have?
If It has the 4L60E, will the 700R4 out of my 86 Camaro be a direct swap? If not, what needs to be changed to adapt it?

it will direct swap, but you will need to get a manual tranny ecm to keep the cel out. Than you will need to hook up the TQ convertor, either with a lockup kit or build your own.

depends what does the camaro have in it...engine wise? if its a sbc then yes...2.8 then no

BTW, my camaro is an IROC w/ a 305.
