Anyone with the Sealed Beam Headlights (4X6, or 5X7) tried the LED Light assemblies?
Which Brand? Are they Any Good?
I am back to The Original Stock Sealed Beam Halogens after having crappy ebay HID "Projector" Assemblies, I'm Glad they finally Quit! They were Horrible!.
Looking for some Ideas Besides the Stock Dull Headlights. Thanks In Advance.

Ck out ebay etc.
Ive redone most of my stuff with HID with good success til transformers quit after few years. Simple deal to replace with now available LED bulbs and OE plugs.
Both yuge improve over seal beams.

BK2Life,
Those Look Sweet! I Checked out the Website, I did not see the Low/High Beam for the 4X6 Housing, Your 1984 has the 5X7 and those have Low/High, non Heated of Course.
I called JW Speaker, they said No 4X6 High/Low Beams... They Look Sweet though. trying to get ideas, My Grill is cracked at the retainer clip, I epoxied it together and it came apart after a few years. I hate the plastic Bumper Corners on the 94-97's Soooo.... I can't make up my mind What I want to do now. But The "Old" Stock sealed beam Lights SUCK! LoL, Thanks for the Tip,
I will post Pics when I make up my mind.

Mbp, and Bk2life,
Both Great Ideas! Thanks! I will need to come up with an idea soon. I had the grill off again today to try and epoxy the previous repair I had done. I looked at the light buckets and brackets pretty good, there are options, I really had thought about. 98+ grill and lights or even 95-97 blazer grill and lights.
I will print out pics of all the options set them up as targets at 100 feet and shoot at them with my AR!
That's when I can think best!
Thanks again guys!

MBP, Yes, That's been the "Plan" from Way Back, I Like the Look. I will probably go with that, just laid out 3800 bucks for my Son for College. He Paid the First Semester, I'm paying the second Semester. UGA is not Cheap since they won the National Championship!
Thanks for the Ideas!

Rhot,
I Love that Front End!
I will Probably order the Grill from LMC Truck, Unless anyone Knows a better place to get an OEM grill? My 95 grill has seen better days, Both of my sons learned to drive In it, both have driven it 5 years So...

You'll probably find that unless the grill is a GM licensed part, the bowtie outline will be missing. I got lucky. After 4 years of waiting impatiently, I found mine online at a junkyard in Oregon. Original GM part, in the box, in the correct color, never used. Same with the valance, only it was at a dealer in Texas. Didn't pay much more than shipping since he wanted it out of his parts room.

I Just found a Used one on ebay for 75 bucks, it's not chrome, and scratched pretty good but that can be fixed.
i will check the Pull-a-part (My Favorite Hang-out) near me. Hopefully I could come up with an original that's not cracked too bad.

If you stick with the 4x6 headlights look into E-Code (euro spec) housings. The European lights are glass and have a cutoff built in on the lows. Can use high wattage H4 bulbs and get a significant increase in output. I used them on my 91 with relays and larger wires. I was very happy.

its the stock bumper that came on the truck.
the truck is an isuzu, not an s10. the cab and doors are the only thing that it shares with an S10.
hood, fenders, grill, bumper, bed, all are different from s10

I know about the Isuzu, Did not recognize that as OEM. I like how smooth it is around to the Fender.
Did you sand it smooth or "fill" it so it was smooth?
