i was also wondering if a motor swap would be a good idea? i plan to use it as a daily driver as well as a weekend mud warrior. well mud, cornfields, creeks, sloughs, swamps, etc. but i really don't know if this 4.3 can handle the stress of the lift as well as the abuse i plan to put on it with my off-roading and trailriding

I got some 32's on my 89 s10 with the stock wheels. I got the tires for cheap so i bought and they look good and all. I got rubbing problems though though. is there a way I can get just a bit more of a lift messing with the torsion bar or sum else maybe?

I dotn have a picture, but if you look at the pictures of their lift kits, you will see what I am talking about. the bracket used to drop the Torsion bar crossmember is basically a long C-channel.

Alright so I'm new to lifting s10s I've owned a couple blazers but never an s10 found a great deal on an 03 4x4 ls s10 and I'm looking to get more height. I've found the RC 2.5 lift but have never installed anything like that is it that hard?

Yes super hard but only because getting your torsion bars free from the keys and lower control arms without destroying them is a nightmare. Just installed this lift and it took me 4 days plus a day earlier at a pick and pull getting some used torsion bars.
