Since the didn't make them how do you intend to find parts or numbers for nonexistent parts?
The area around the rear of the rear doors is the primary problem.
tcmgb is a pretty creative guy, I can't imagine it would be all that hard for him to stretch the 2 door stuff. He just need to find the 2 door stuff and part number seem to help with that.
