They did. GMPP had some. Like finding hens teeth theses days. Not very streetable as I recall. meant for some class of 6 banger racing.

Brodix had several versions and there was another GM branded head (Pontiac???). Any of them require exotic valve train and specific intake setups that end up being big $$$. Usually only worth it for high-dollar all-out builds.
