4.3 HO TBI Motor Rebuild
Parts going in.
-Holley 670CFM TBI (Intake bored to match)
-Comp Cams 260AH (.500/.500 260/266dur)
-Ported LB4 Heads (1.94/1.6)
-Elgin Roller Rocker (1.5)
-Heddman Headers
-Speed Pro Hyperautectic Pistons.
-MSD 6 Ignition
-Flex Fan

dam you could buy my buit 4.3 i have and throw a carb on it and have more power than that and i have forged pistons 10.1 compression all blue printed and balanced and its a 96 up motor so the heads flow tons better . then again i think you have smog oh well

where did you order all that from? i just destroyed my CPI engine, so i think i might rebuild it, like yours.

The Block came out of the local junkyard.
All parts came off of ebay.
Engine kit will be coming from Northern Autoparts

(includes the cam, pistons, etc.)

I have a 4.3 V6 that has been HO and has about 5000 miles on it it is FOR SELL if you know anyone it has forged pistons comp cam, lifters, 1.6 rockers the cam is a 276 with a 500 lift 202 196 valves balanced and blueprinted ported and polished and matchedflowed to the headers. Gibson headers ported too. Dyno at 330 Hp

I was doing great on my build up till i hit a little bump. The stock intake and fuel injection will not be suffcient for my motor. I called a few places for a custom manifold with multi-port efi, but it will cost several thousand to have done. My only other option is carb it, but i don't know if the truck will be street legal in Illinois if i change the setup.

Thats what i was thinking too . I'm almost sure it is at the crank .
