33 inch tires on a Tutu is going to be horribly slow to accelerate because of the huge change in overall rear gearing.

31s may rub a little, 33s require cutting even with a lift.
6” lift and still had to cut a good amount away for 33s. body lift would have helped but they would still make contact when the suspension is compressed.
And 3.73 with 33s and the v6 has no balls, overdrive is useless unless it’s flat or downhill. Just a reference to go off of.

Since the 7.5" rearend can take a max of 4.56 you won't be able to have enough gear unless you swap in an 8.5 with 5.13's installed.
You mentioned 31's in your OP.That would be a better idea for a small truck with the smallest engine offered.
My ZR2 with a 6.2 liter SBC has 31's and 3.73 gearing. I feel it's under geared and should have something well into the 4's. Approximately 3 times as much engine and still wants more gear.

Yes i understand the power im gonna change multiple things up im just wondering if the tires will fit underneath the truck
