I lifted my 2.2 single cab about 5 inches and put 31-10.5-15 tires on it and want to get my speedometer back to normal, the truck comes with a 3.73 rear end but I'm not sure if 4.10 or 4.56 will get me closer to normal. Also, will the 4.56 fit the axle housing?

I think you'll have to modify the cross shaft to fit with the thick 4.56 ring gear, but that's the way I would go to get a little better performance, even if the speedometer may not be exactly right.

Dakota Digital has a box that can be calibrated to both your gearing and tire size. It's specifically for that purpose.
Or you can have anyone with tuning equipment by HPT or EFI Live correct it in the computer.
Why 5" of lift for 31/10.50R15? ZR2's are only up 2" and they clear. Your clutch or transmission will let you know when it's tired of being over worked with 31" tires behind a 2.2.
