I've got a base stock 96 jimmy and I drive alot of long trips. The seats are not all that comfortable. I have the 60/40 split front seats with the flip down arm rest/console in the middle and I'm kinda fond of that setup just because it lets me haul more people to/from concerts and crap but I could live without it I suppose.

What seats fit in the front of blazers/jimmys/s10s? Do sunfire/cavalier seats fit? I can use my current seat tracks. What looks good, fits well and is comfy (and preferably cheap, I'd get these off ebay or a junkyard most likely)?

I'd go with Cavalier seats if I were to do it over again.

The 94-97 seats are junk as they have a metal bracket that wears through incredibly quick, and I think the 98+ multi fabric or what ever they call it looks like crap. We won't go into how uncomfortable a 98+ seat is in a standard cab S-10.

My favorite S-series seats are the late first generation leather seats. I find them more comfortable, they didn't wear out as easy, and GM didn't cheap out on the stitching.
