Although the 2019 GMC Sierra 1500 has already made its debut, the American automaker hasn’t shown off the SLE model.
The new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali and SLT models recently bowed at a special event in Detroit, and now spy photographers have caught the SLE testing in the same city with no camouflage. The
SLE model receives a unique grille, a revised rear bumper, a traditional
exhaust setup, and gets rid of the front fog lights.
The particular truck spy photographers caught on camera was powered by a 5.3-liter V8 engine, which is mated to an eight-speed automatic. There’s also a 6.2-liter V8 and 3.0-liter Duramax inline-six diesel engine offered on the Sierra 1500, both of which are paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission.
