Could you define what "all front end redone" entails? Who did the work? Have you discussed it with them? That may help refine possible problems/ causes.Had all front end redone now my 4wd ain't working actuator is engaging please need help

Once again the old adage applies...my 02 vacuum sensor went south, a new one fixed the 4wd function.
What do you meanAny thot about returning it to source of problem or did it already exist.....?
Yes i have to take it back so they can look at it cause it did work before i had everything replaced all control arms both cv axles & they pulled the differential to weeks my frameCould you define what "all front end redone" entails? the actuator works the lights on buttons stay on & you can hear the transfer case shirftVerify the front diff actuator is truely engaged, check vaccum lines are not leaking from the engine bay to the t-case. The actuator under the battery also goes bad aswell if it leaks. If there is any vaccum leaks it is common for the actuator gears to get striped or rubbed down in such a away that it will force the shift collar off as it tries to engage.
If the front diff is engaging or there is no vacum to the actuator check the shift motor on the t-case and the buttons on the dash. If you have questions let me know and ill do my best to help answer you questions.
It goes from the push buttons, to the shift motor, then to vaccum lines which goes to the actuator then finaly goes to the shift fork inside the front diff. There is alot that needs to happen in order for the 4wd to function correctly
