New battery, new alternator. The alternator was confirmed good at oreilly. I am Getting 11 volts to the bolt on cable on the back of the alternator. I’m Getting 8.5 volts to red wire on the plugin on the alternator. I’m Getting OL ohms from ground wire on plug-in to the alternator to frame. The Battery has 11 volts drained from consistent diagnostics. We have also Rev’d truck to maybe help charge. The Hot wire to the plug-in was a little black cutout the black part and required it.

Have you tried the search bar at the top of the page? Try "battery not charging" - there's a ton of articles that address charging system issues, diagnosis, and likely/ confirmed solutions. Based on the original post's jumbled snippet phrases, it's a 'bit' unclear the situation you have (conditions, procedures, etc.). Cohesive and coherent communication makes for more meaningful dialogs. What about all cable/ wire connections/ connectors and the cable/ wire conditions (like the primary hot and grounds)? Are they all tight and in solid, corrosion free shape? Was new battery condition checked (load tested), and how was alternator checked? Even 'new' parts can be defective. What triggered the battery/ alternator replacements?

I'd be looking for what caused the primary lead to the alternator to be "a little black". That wire may be broken somewhere inside the insulation. IIRC it goes directly to the battery and has a fusible link. Check the cable with a ohm meter to be sure it's OK.
Disconnect the battery first.

Need to charge that battery back up to 12.5V or so or nothing's going to work.

The alternator was checked at oreillys the battery starts the truck every time we try to even with 11 volts I’ll have to check all of the connections again today my main concern was the voltages should my ground wire on the plug-in not have a connection to frame when charging. when the truck runs every 30 seconds or so it’ll drop 0.1 volt

***Update I fixed the red wire to the alternator connector better with a butt connector. fully charged my battery, and it started to barely charge. Then I replaced the alternator mounting bolts that were rusted really bad and it’s charging at 14 now.
