Thats right, has anyone herd of one? I have had a couple sonoma zr2 pickups,a couple zr2 blazers, but am going to go look a what the add says is a sonoma, jimmy zr2.It shows no flairs in the pic,It looks like it sits right, has the zr2 stickers in the right place.I've never seen one,it has the tire carrier on the back so I couldn't see if it says sonoma or jimmy.I read they were only available in Canada.I'll check inside the fenders,on the fire wall and the rpo codes.I'll get back to ya on this as I'm sure your interested by now.

If it doesn't have the flairs it's neither a ZR2 nor a Highrider. Part of the package was the special inner and outer front fenders to accommodate the flairs and modified rear wheel arches for the flares to attach to.
It's possible the front clip was replaced in the last 17 years, but the rear would take extensive body work to make it look like a reg 4wd.
Note the flat edge sticking out.
That flat surface is what causes them to rust faster than non ZR2's. Salty water just lays an there and does it's thing.

Hello,

I am an owner of a 2003 GMC Jimmy ZR2. There were only 3 ever made, mine being the first (1/3) There is now only 2 left due to one being wrecked/junked.
It currently is sitting at 144k KM.
If interested, I will post pics.
Thank you
