I have motor trans and radiator and some what a of a drive shaft all I'm missing is rear end and motor accessories like headers an what not .. my ? Is will I have to switch the peddle assembly and knock the fire wall in

look up the V8 section. this exact question is asked nearly every week. But short answer is no.

Gonna run a carb on it also? Sounds like you want to turn it into a 1975 C10.
Hopefully you don't have to deal with any vehicle inspections because it will never pass with an older engine and trans.
