Bought my truck as a project truck and the original harness was ripped out, LS swapped running on a terminator, now I've got a good bit of money into it and want to street drive it. Wiring cut at the back of the tail lights and same up front, don't care so much about head lights just the brake lights and turn signals. Best go pull out part of a harness from the junkyard? Maybe wire up turn signals to a panel switch with a flasher relay? Suppose I just need to figure out the brake lights. Would greatly appreciate the help fellas.

I'd do as you suggested. Go to a junk yard and find a 2000 and take every single wire out carefully. It'll take 1/2 a day by the time you get all the dash and interior wiring. Then you can put it all back to original and install the terminator correctly.
Holley claims they're plug and play. Why the trucks PO figured he needed to remove all wiring doesn't make sense. But not much does these days.

Only thing is the interior is stripped and the battery is relocated to the bed. Not really looking to daily drive it but just be able to drive it to the track or a rip with friends. Otherwise I don’t care about the interior, it has a digital cluster.

Go to:
ateamperformance.com Or swperformanceparts.com
They have parts for S10's at fractions of the cost of major retailers. Parts for your LS, and most importantly for your question, wiring harnesses. Some as cheap as $60 and they have the entire fuse box. I'm sure it could be fairly simple to hook up and connect a column turn signal lever to the harness in place of the toggle switches in the Jegs product. Look over their site and affiliate links. Some very good deals this weekend for black Friday, cyber Monday. Hope this might help you out some. Let us know what you end up doing.
