has anyone ever considered the early 90's camaro's 3.4 engines into blazers? i heard that they were a direct bolt in to blazers. has anyone ever researched this at all? if so what years of the camaro would directly bot in to my 87 s-10 blazer with 2.8? and what all would i need to do and how easy would it be? thanks for feedback.

sorry i think the camaros came with 3.1's not 3.4 not sure now but anyway has anyone ever hear of this mod?

Yes, the 3.4 has been swapped in many times, if you go to s-series.org, and look in the 660 forum, there is a sticky there about it.

Early '90s F-bodies were the 3.1, up to '93 IIRC then the 3.4 was used from then until '96, I think those are the proper years, I know '95 for sure was a 3.4. LOL

Used the write ups when I did my swap, spinning a bearing and breaking the crank was the best thing that ever happened to my 2.8 . HTH's
