i am doing a sas conversion on a 1999 s10 4x4 I have purchased a set of 2004 ford superduty axles to throw under it. I am curious if anyone has done this same build with these axles and what they did to mount the leaf springs because of the perch width (i dont want to cut the axle down i want the most width i can get) and what springs they used. i am probably going to use 35" tires but want to be able to put on 38" if get a little low on myself esteem. I was also curious on what pitman arm and steering box should I use. Will my stock brake master cylinder be enough to stop these axles?
