99 / 4.3 - What was a drop or two has now turned into a puddle. Oil pressure is fine until I lose a lot of oil which I have been checking daily since problem started. Pressure washed under carriage and now see oil running down the oil filter. Not sure if I use UV dye I'll be able to see where leak is at as no visibility. Possibly drivers side valve cover? If valve cover I may be able to see with UV. Does the 99 S10 have the same o-ring and gasket problems where the filter mounts?

Yes to the oil filter gasket.
Before you spend any more money, remove that filter and check to see if there's another gasket/O-ring stuck to the block. I've seen this more than once.

1st, I'd ensure that the filter was on tight.
It was not tight at all which surprised me and I was hoping that was the issue but after putting on new filter securely and adding oil the leak persists.
I'm going to check and see if another ring is in there but I've looked at this thing a number of times and not seen one. That being said I was not looking specifically for a stuck o-ring and its had a small leak for years now.
