In the process of repairing my 1997 GMC Sonoma and I realized my tailgate wouldn't shut properly. After further inspection, I realized it's because the bracket that the lock goes into is either broken or missing the hardware to keep it in place. Plus my tailgate cable wasn't held onto anything on either side. Can anyone help me find the part that is needed?
