with the help from a friend we did some minor repairs to my T-56 thats going into my 89 FORMULA and this looks like cake compared to the T-56. I think i need a 1st gear syncro.

on my T-56 i upgraded to brass fork pads, was there such an option for the 3500? my 56 went from "eh" shifting to KFC extra crispy shifting with the brass pads. a pro 5.0 shifter didnt hurt ither.

I was gonna let you know about the correct sealant for the case haves but you knew about it on one part, but the case have should have gotten it too.

this stuff is made for any aluminum to aluminum mating surface. great job otherwise, I need to the this to my 97 c1500 its starting to feel like the shift rods are binding.

Does anyone know if all 95 S10 4.3 4x4 NV3500s have a single shift rail? And where is the serial/identification number located? I've only found 2 different numbers that I would assume are casting numbers. Front case half has 18435 and the rear case half has 20845.

Did the reverse gear have a wiper seal on the back side on your transmission? This would be on the reverse gear opposite of the 5th reverse synchronizer.
