It's worth what the seller and buyer agree upon.

Unfortunately there is no possible way it is factory. The S10 Electric was only 1997-98 and FWD.

Well a wet 72 volt conversion is going to run around 2 to 3k depending on the batteries used.

A lot depends on who did it and when. Some of those early electrics only went 30 or 40 miles on a charge. Fine for a city dweller. If you're in the burbs you might not make it home.
