I bought mine new and am the only owner. What are the correct leaf springs for this truck? A few years back I bought what I thought were stock replacements as the original springs were worn out. The truck rode higher and very stiff. I am to the point now where I would like to get the original ride back. What rate are the correct springs? Thanks?

AFAIK the SS in 1994 had the standard rear springs for a shortbox 4.3L truck. The ZQ8 lowered suspension started in 1996.
The lightest rate springs for 94 and earlier appear to be 1100#
1995 and later offered a 995# spring. Those might work in your truck because they are 26/28" springs. Starting in 1995 Blazers got different springs than the pickups and 95+ Blazer springs won't fit your truck because they are shorter, but the 1995 + pickup 995# springs are the same length and width as the 82-94.
You could give them a call 1-888-829-0619

Thanks. I will contact them. I have convinced myself that I have the 1750 # springs, probably incorrectly. I had emailed two other spring suppliers and their answers were not specific.

If you just get them from you local parts store they tend to be the heavier springs and you seldom even have a choice. Nor do they usually know what the rate is.
