I will be looking at a 1994 S-10 Blazer next week. What are the things that I should be looking for.
What areas are of concern for that year Blazer.

The guy just told me today that there is a problem with the transfer case.
He said that the truck only goes into 2H or 4L only.
He told me that the problem was one of three things.
Loose wire connection
encoder assembly
transfer case motor.
Does this sound right and if so how difficult and or expense would it be to fix each of these different items.
