i have used the search button,found alot but never really showed any pics.

i have a 1993 blazer,i see that people are doing the rear disk swap,the early s-10 had the 2 hole backing plate,my rear end has the plate that has the 4 holes,not 2.

i read a couple times were you have to move in the plate 3/4 of an inch,but only seen that done to the ones with the 2 hole plate.since my rear end already has the 4 holes is it direct bolt on?

dude i did this on my blaze and it works like a champ instead of doin all that extra work just go to the junk yard pull off a 98 or newer rear end with disc brakes and place her in the old rear ends place! email me and ill send you pics of the final install with after market sway bar and all it cost me was around 800 complete with 58000 miles on it and you aint even gotta change your drive shaft if you 8.5 ring gear to 8.5 ring gear
