I am not getting the check engine light while in acc mode. Crank no start with no MIL. Service manual states to test ecm crk 440 and crk 439 with test light to ground and see if it illuminates. Test light illuminates to both crk. Checked and had to replace bulb in crk 419 for MIL illumination and still no CEL, still crank no start
