I just realized I've never made a thread on my '42..

Way back in 2008 I was in Afghanistan. On my down time I had located a cool looking old vehicle and had fester go pick it up for me. 14 years ago. Time has come and gone, and well I'm happy to say this vehicle has undergone quite a change from the day ole’fessie brought it home.

I quickly sold what I didn’t need or want, and sent the rest out for sand blasting.

Even has a secret radiator...

has a custom made brass radiator that sits inside the grill shell. Obviously was not there when that picture was taken.

sent it out and had it wrapped in distressed leather

I need to get some free time (yea right) to do some work on this one. I still need to install the brake pedal, run the brake lines, and fuel lines. Every thing else is ready to go.
The engine is a 383 made from an old 400ci rotating kit (small rods) with world dart heads, smaller 292 comp cam, obvious tunnel ram with 2 390 cfm carbs, T400 with a 2500 stall.
